Rest days are (sometimes) the best days. After a string of days feeling sick and failing on boulders I was happy to have a rest day to explore Mono Lake, which I hadn't visited in over a decade. Aurelie, on the other hand, had already started sending boulders, but after two days of climbing in The Buttermilks and Sads-- her skin also needed a break.
