Here's a story: One Finn, told another Finn, about a nice, short, slow ride. Just 45km around a quiet lake, through trees whose leaves are turning colors, on a sunny afternoon. But the first Finn had to work, and the second Finn caught a cold, so they sent three others on the journey instead.
That's how 45km became 100km. Slow became a race. And an afternoon jaunt turned into a nighttime return.
There's a happy ending: They all met up (with a bonus two) for Thai food... happy, warm, and full.
