"To find Lund’s most prominent building, the 12th-century, Romanesque-style Lund Cathedral, or Domkyrkan, at the southern end of Lundagard Park, all you have to do is look up. A pair of towers, 180 feet high, are visible from many points in town, and outside it. Inside the cathedral is a magnificent astronomical clock, standing over 20 feet tall, with ornate religious characters carved into wood. Built before Christopher Columbus was born, the clock charts the positions of the Sun and Moon and other celestial bodies."
