With the flowers in bloom, the heat coming on, it felt like all of New York City was out trying to manufacture vitamin D or activate chloroplasts (depending on your species). A long day of indulging in the sun, the warmth, and a variety of activities.
Mojo's parents were in town, so we walked around with them. Than his father cooked a gourmet meal that we ate in the afternoon heat, indoors out of the reach of a burning sun.
Like the rest of the city, we knew the heat would last only a few days, but that was good enough. Winter's dominant cycle vanquished once again for a few months... and for the time being we'll pretend that Winter will not be coming back.
