After my second night in the Bay Area, Abby, Emma and I took my old train-- the N-Judah-- to Ocean Beach and went for a walk. A sunny day. When we approached the Northern end of the beach we realized there were (not pictured) 200+ small dogs and their owners. The San Francisco version of Park Slope: babies and toddler replaced by small canines.
Later, we drove down to Fort Funston, where a medi-vac helicopter was just leaving what we were told was the scene of a woman on a horse going over a cliff. Didn't stop the hang gliders.
