This is a set of images from the day I landed in Munich. Jeg-lag, exhaustion, remnants from being out the night before the flight at the "biergarten" in Brooklyn aside... S. and I met up with her brother and strolled through Swabing's little street festival. I remember feeling dizzy and hot. Near the end of our walk, before heading into the English Garden to photograph the excited German soccer fans (it's Euro 2008 championship season), I nabbed an image of a few police officers lounging behind their car (which says something about alcohol and drugs on it). One apparently asked me if everything was OK as I stooped over to make the shot of the car with officers in the background. He didn't seem happy about me and my camera. Oh well.
