Just a few shots. The first is credited to Jake who wanted to capture the image of his neighbor doing something with a stick on the roof. That's the view from right outside his room.
While Jake, Steffi (she's German... there's always a German around-- Ben Stephan, if you're reading this... you have NOT been replaced) and I were walking back from the pharmacy-- to treat a leaky nose of mine-- Noah called us from behind a small stand of food. It was what appeared to be an impromptu jam/music lesson for Jake and Noah. I don't know the details yet, but it was one of those moments. Hard to explain except to say it felt (at least to me, who didn't know what was really going on) quite serendipitous.
The last image is of my Thai language teacher. Two hours a day, 5 days a week, for 3 weeks. I'll let you know how it goes when I'm on the other side of those 3 weeks.
